Kathleen Patterson has been a counselor at Bakerville United Methodist Church for over 20 years.
She graduated from St. Joseph’s College, received her Master’s Degree in Social work from Fordham University and is a licensed clinical social worker. Kathleen also received theological training as a Local Pastor in the New York Conference of the United Methodist Church.
She is one of the founding members of the Christian Counseling Connection, Inc. in Torrington, Connecticut and now serves as the Executive Director. Kathleen has presented workshops on emotional healing and recovery, as well as on combating depression and led retreats around these issues and others. She has also facilitated support groups for sexual abuse, addictions, and boundary issues.
She has been married to her husband, Norm, for 55 years and has four grown children, 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
